Adding Haircare to your current Subscription
- 1. Login in to your account by clicking here
- 2. Verify your account by selecting your email address and click send me the code.
- 3. Insert the verification code into the allocated box on your screen.
- 4. Click Edit on your current subscription and add your favourite Haircare products.
- 5. Your Haircare will arrive in your next delivery! 😍

Important information for you and your subscription
- Your Haircare products will automatically sync to the same delivery date as your Miracle System.
- If your Haircare routine needs an extra visit from us, you can change the delivery frequency of specific products in your account.

- 3. Set your delivery frequency.
- 4. Add Miracle System to your bag.
- 5. Choose your Haircare including Shampoo & Conditioner, Miracle Mask and Thirsty Hair Kit.
- 6. In your bag, select the delivery frequency of your Haircare.
- 7. Checkout.
- 8. Enjoy Salon quality hair at home!

Can I get just a Shampoo as a subscription?
We don't currently offer single Shampoos or Conditioners but we do offer Miracle Shampoo and Conditioner sets on Subscription.
Can I subscribe to Haircare without subscribing to the Miracle System?
Yes! Simply add any of the available Haircare Shampoo & Conditioner bundles to your bag and set the frequency before checking out.
Can I get all my products delivered in one delivery?
Yes, when adding your hair care to your existing subscription please set your first order date to match your existing order date, so the two will be dispatched and continue to be dispatched together.
If you add care to a new subscription order the care will automatically be dispatched together with your Miracle System.
If you would like your care delivered at a separate time to your Miracle System you are also more than welcome to update this within your account.
I don’t know my password to login and make changes - what do I do?
For any password reset queries, please get in touch with our Client Delight team who will be able to help you with this and make any changes for you.
Can I cancel my subscription any time?
Yes, you are more than welcome to cancel or make any changes to your subscription at any time. Simply log into your account or contact our Client Delight Team who will be able to make any changes/ cancelations for you.
Is there a minimum commitment to subscribing?
No, you are more than welcome to keep your subscription for as long as you wish.
